Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Canmake beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
